- PDO Tours reserves the right to change any route and /or arrangement where these may be necessary.
- We also reserve the right to accept or refuse any person as a member of a tour at any time without giving reasons therefore.
- PDO Tours and their servants and agents shall not be held responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience to any person , or his luggage or other personal property, wherever the same shall occur and whether the same shall arise from or be occasioned by negligence of PDO Tours their servants or agents or other persons directly or indirectly in the employment or services of the company or otherwise under any circumstances whatsoever.
- PDO Tours recommend that the following insurance covers are made prior to travel:
* Full Trip Cancellation / Default* Baggage / Loss or damage of personal effects* Medical - major and accidental, including emergency evacuation* Accidental death and disability - The cancellation policy will apply should clients fail to join or start their itinerary due to airline delays or missed connections. Please ensure clients have adequate travel insurance for this purpose
- The responsibility to obtain proper, current and valid passports, visas, vaccinations,inoculations and the like, where required, is that of the customer alone and the company shall not be responsible or liable for any consequence of any nature arising from the customer failing to ensure that he has complied with all such requirements. N.B. This is to inform everyone planning to travel to South Africa that a new law has been passed stipulating that all visitors to South Africa are required to have a minimum of two blank pages in their passport to enable the entry visa to be issued. If there is insufficient space in the passport entry will be denied and the person is likely to be detained pending return to their country of origin.
